We will meet at departure point and head to Oxnard for lunch. Lunch will be a fresh and delicious seafood meal (at your own expense). After we head to Solvang. This farmer’s night market is located in the city center of San Luis Obispo and is only open weekly on Thursday. This farmer’s night market has a history of more than 35 years. Today we will have late check out so that you may enjoy your jacuzzi at leisure. After, we will head to Avila Beach, a very beauty beach in Santa Barbara County. Since 1876, it has been a popular place for Americans to visit on vacation or small weekend trips. We can enjoy brunch here (own expense). After lunch, gather in the lobby and prepare to set off to Sequoia National Park, which covers an area of 460,000 acres. You will be wandering among the most massive and magnificent mountain redwood, thru the forest, you can almost feel and hear them speaking to you. Tonight, we will overnight inside the National Park Scenic Resort tonight. Tomorrow, you can enjoy take in the refreshing morning redwood air for an extra energy boost.
This morning you can go an a leisure stroll to refresh with the negative ion from the natural forest. (Breakfast available at resort restaurant at your own expense) After breakfast, we will be visiting the Pacific coast paradise, Monterey Bay. The fresh sea breeze of Fisherman’s Wharf will make you feel far from home. Canning was a lucrative business here long ago, but now it has is now filled with shops and restaurants and has many tourists. After, we will go to 17 Mile Scenic Route, a specialized road to immerse yourself in the nature of the bay area, where you will see the famous lone cypress tree, magnificent villas and golf courses. We will stay overnight at San Jose Holidays Inn
After breakfast, we will have a unique and imitate experience with the Redwoods. At Roaring Camp Railroad, you will transport back to the old western era and take an original Steam Train (it runs on steam!) and enjoy the beauty under the arms of the Redwood forest. The Henry Cowell Redwood Park in Northern California was established in 1954 and covers about 4,623 acres, including 40 acres of ancient redwood forests. California and Oregon share a unique bond because these trees can only grow on the coastline between Northern California and Oregon. Lastly, head to the restaurant for dinner (at your own expense), and return to the hotel to rest after dinner.
In the morning, we will head to the world-famous Napa wine area to have an incredible experience. We will be having truly unforgettable gourmet railway experience. The train is awash with history as the carriages are made in the early 20th century, as seen through mahogany paneling, brass decoration, etched glass partitions and luxurious armchairs. With three kitchen cars, you can even visit the kitchen to watch the chef cook in person. Don’t miss the seat that completely faces the window where you can enjoy the scenery while enjoying a gourmet meal. After lunch, we will proceed to the Twin Peaks of San Francisco, overlooking the city of San Francisco. Go through the Golden Gate Bridge to visit San Francisco City Hall, which has a history of nearly 120 years. Dinner at the “Michelin” certified gourmet, at your own expense. After dinner, head to hotel for rest.
After breakfast, we will head to Casa De Fruta, a farm established by several Italian immigrants. A old family farm has now become a restaurant, and coffee shop, gas with a station. Stroll thru the farm or look thru the store for any nice souvenirs. After we will head to Harris Ranch, the largest cattle farm on the West Coast of the United States, producing more than 150 million pounds of beef every year! Their restaurant is also recognized as one of the best steakhouses in the United States. You can taste the fresh steak here, at your own expense.
